Terms & Conditions :

•	A surcharge of RM20.00 nett per room per night is applicable during weekend for checking in on Fridays and Saturdays, Eve of and on Malaysian Public Holidays as shown below.
•	Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM40.00 nett per bed per night with 1 breakfast.
•	Children aged 12 years and below occupying the same room as parents stay free of Charge.
•	Check Out Time : 12.00 noon
•	Check In Time : 2.00 pm
•	Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.
•	All rates are subject to change without prior notice
•	Payment shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit
•	Extended check-out during Peak Period : - Up to 6pm - 50% of published rate imposed - After 6pm - one day's rate imposed
•	Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.
•	Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night’s charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort’s bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.
•	We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Diners Club.
•	Baby cot is available free of charge.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

Low Season
One night charges for the total rooms/package reserved
shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of
cancellation made within 72 hours prior to check-in
date or in the event of NO SHOW.

-Peak Season
One night charges for the total rooms reserved shall be
chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made
within 8 days prior to check-in date or in the event of
NO SHOW.
